THE CHALLENGE
For the 2019 Polygon International Management Conference in Copenhagen, themed ‘Winning Together’, managers from 16 countries were coming together to celebrate Polygon's successes and align on strategic priorities for the year ahead. The client needed a wide range of event assets, all created quickly, to support the two-day conference and ensure a cohesive, on-brand experience.
The Solution
I designed and delivered over 25 event assets within a tight two-week turnaround, including posters, information leaflets, wayfinding, pull-up banners, branded Bluetooth speakers, and travel mugs. Each piece was carefully aligned with Polygon’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across print, merchandise, and signage. The assets were designed to be visually engaging, functional, and adaptable for use throughout the conference.
